TenDigits produces market-leading mobile CRM software, and I worked closely with the in-house team and Mel Roth Design. The previous TenDigits website had a huge amount of content, with a lot of repetition and an unclear user journey. It was also drowning in jargon, which is never a good thing.
I worked closely with the designer and client to organize the content into a simpler structure using more action-oriented labels to guide visitors through the site rather than making them hunt for important content.
My role included first reviewing everything and then restructuring the content and rewriting, writing and editing the new site (in plain English), focusing more on the product benefits. With several key competitors to catch up in the search engines, keyword research and placement was also important. The site successfully climbed the search rankings for their important keywords.
